Determine Your Style
Pinterest is a great tool in determining your style. “Start pinning!” to create your own unique boards. Houzz is another great tool. Much can be gleaned from your “Idea Books.” Innovative Interiors wants your project to be a success! Please help to familiarize Stephanie with the scope of your project and your sense of style by completing her Questionnaire.
Initial Consultation
The important first step is to meet you! I will come to your home or office to see your project, have a walk-through, and have a “sit-down” meeting. In this meeting, we will discuss your project needs, budget, timeline, tastes and lifestyles. This one hour consultation, which has a fee of $325, is for me to learn more about you and your project. I do not provide any design ideas at this time. The more information you give, the better I can achieve your goals.
Letter Of Agreement
If you choose to work with Innovative Interiors after our initial consultation, a “Letter of Agreement” to accept my services will be sent to you. I look forward to working with you!
Design Process
At this time I will present the Room Concept Board, and we will discuss the scope of your project design. The charge for this consultation is $225. Once you have the Design Concept Board, you may then want to spend your own time finding, selecting, and purchasing the items needed. However, you can hire me to do this part of the process with or for you. From this point on, my services will be at an hourly rate of $75.
Follow Up
At this time I will present the Room Concept Board and we will discuss the scope of your project design. The charge for this consultation is $225. Once you have the design concept, you may then want to spend your own time finding, choosing and purchasing items needed. However, you can hire me to do this part of
Procurement
Most people are busy or would like to have help in making their purchase choices. With an eye for detail, I can make the procurement portion easier for you. I have abundant resources and access to unique accessories, fabric, and furniture. With your interests in mind, I will negotiate the best price for you with vendors. Using our Design Concept, I can arrange the purchase and delivery of the items you desire.
Project Management
I will be glad to help you see the project through and work with you at an hourly rate of $75. If you think your job requires any project management, such as assisting contractors and
Project Styling
Sometimes re-vamping a space is a Must! Whether you are considering re-styling or remodeling, either is a sure way to increase your property value. This is where I come in! Innovative Interior’s forte’ is thinking “outside the box.” I like to incorporate unique finds, use pieces you already love/own, and mix them with fresh elements to create a vibrant new look that is unexpected. No matter your project scope…if you are starting totally from scratch, have a current project in progress, or simply just need help reviving a space, I will be glad to help you see the project through and work with you! If you need help pulling it all together, updating or arranging furniture, as well as any other styling service, you can hire me at an hourly rate of $75.
